UCU Mourns Former Graduate, Minister’s Daughter Belinda.
Uganda Christian University Mukono (UCU) is morning the sudden death of its graduate Belinda Birungi, a daughter to State Minister Sam Mayanja who succumbed to a motor accident on Friday, October 28, 2022.
The 22-year-old Belinda received her Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Fine Art in July this year from UCU and had started working barely for 3 months.

According to reports the accident happened after the trailer failed to climb the Ntinda stretcher hill prompting it to reverse and bumping into cars and the safe-boda bike she was on.
The Boda-Boda rider died on the spot whereas Belinda succumbed to injuries at China-Uganda Friendship Hospital in Naguru.
She will be buried today Monday in Bukumula village in Mityana district
