BREAKING: Scores Killed in Kampala- Masaka Deadly Accident

This morning, December 26th, 2022, at around 7:00am, the Territorial Traffic Police of Kayabwe registered a fatal accident at Kibukuta Swamp along the Kampala Masaka highway that tragically resulted in the deaths of five people.

According to police statement, the deadly accident involved two cars traveling from Kampala to Masaka. The first vehicle was a Toyota Hiance, with a registration number of UBM489B, and the second was a Mercedes Benz with a registration number of UAM445B. Both vehicles were heading towards Masaka when the accident occurred.

Police confirms that the  tragic accident involved a total of eight victims, three of whom were female adults and two of whom were male adults who were passengers in the Toyota Hiance.

Five other unknown victims were also rushed to Nkozi Hospital, all from the Benz. Unfortunately, the identities of the deceased have not yet been established.
