On the afternoon of November 27, Isabirye David Aga, a member of parliament for Jinja North, passed out while competing in a 100-meter race at Buluk Stadium.
He was sent to Freedom Hospital right away after suffering severe injuries. His condition is presently stable.
This occurred in Juba, South Sudan, during the East African Parliamentary Games.
